As a Dutchman,

I came to work and live in the Sultanate of Oman in 1989 as a Geophysicist.

Today I am based between Oman and the Netherlands.

After more than three decades, Oman remains an important part of my life and continues to inspire my photography.

I photograph its people, landscapes, culture and heritage – in Oman and beyond.
